When we exercise, our mood is elevated with the release of a variety of hormones working together, to make you feel good/ positive. This is further enhanced by the decrease in stress hormones like Cortisol. We offer Pilates, Group Exercise, Personal Training and Boxing workouts.
We passionately believe that you should eat what you enjoy. Nutrition sessions will help identify small, gradual changes to what and how you eat to support your aesthetic and health goals.

Melanie Hawkins (BSc Psychology, MSc Social and Experimental Psychology, Counselling Certificate Level 2, Level 3 Mat Pilates.) is a Wellbeing Psychologist who has over 5 years' experience working within a counselling setting. Melanie is passionate about helping clients achieve their realistic health and fitness goals by looking at clients' cognitive processes and how these can be adjusted. We have developed a program consisting of behaviour change strategies focussing on barriers, triggers, goals and motivations drawing from influences from Positive psychology, Gestalt, Jung, CBT, Freud and Transactional Analysis as well as Social Psychology and behaviour change strategies. Melanie is also a qualified Pilates instructor.
Sunita Poll is a qualified Level 3 (with RSPH nutrition) personal trainer, who has a natural passion for nutrition and fitness. As an elite athlete she has hands on experience with developing fitness and nutrition programs to achieve individual goals, as well as over 6 years' experience in training 1:1 and group sessions. After spending more than 20 years working as an executive within corporate business, Sunita wanted to launch a social enterprise focused on body confidence and behaviour change and decided to join forces to create the Hawkins and Poll method.
